The purpose of www.myweddingdayweightloss is to help brides with their wedding weight loss goals via nutrition and exercise advice, with the promotion of particular weight loss products.  It does take time and resources to create all this content, so I do accept payment from affiliate programs.  This means when you click on links or images within this site and make a purchase, this can result in a commission that is credited to me.  The affiliate program I belong to is ClickBank.
